  In order to provide a safe and enjoyable moviegoing experience for all guests, as a visitor on AMC property, please be courteous to those around you and refrain from dangerous or disruptive behaviors, including but not limited to the following:
  
  - Loitering
  - Fighting, engaging in intimidating, disorderly, or disruptive behavior
  - Using obscene or offensive language and gestures
  - Being intoxicated or under the influence of illegal drugs
  - Possessing alcohol not purchased on AMC property or consuming outside of the designated areas or by guests under the age of 21
  - Carrying or displaying weapons of any kind, real or toy
  - Violating curfew (in accordance with local ordinances, if applicable)
  - Failing to be fully clothed and wearing appropriate attire
  - Wearing apparel with obscene or offensive language or images or which is likely to provoke a disturbance or conflict
  - Wearing a mask or hood that obscures the face
  - Possession of a recording device, audio or video
  - Operating mobile devices that emit distracting light or sound that may disrupt the film presentation
  
  Refund Policy
  Violation of the Code of Conduct will result in removal from AMC property without a refund.

  AMC reserves the right to exercise special pricing options for unique in-theatre experiences.

   

• Distraction-Free Entertainment

  In an effort to provide the most enjoyable experience for adults attending R-rated features in the evenings, no children younger than 6 will be admitted to these features after 6 p.m.

   

• R-Rated Films

  Under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian (age 21 or older). Guests 25 years and under must show ID.

   

• Outside Food & Beverage

  Please refrain from bringing outside food and beverage items into the theatre.

   

• Recording Devices

  Please refrain from bringing recording devices into the theatre.

   

• Parental Escort Policy for Guests under 17 after 9pm

  After 9pm, guests under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian age 21 or older. Guests appearing to be under 25 may be required to present picture ID for films starting at 9pm or later.
