Any content containing swear words will be automatically marked as “Red Band” and will only be viewable by registered members of the MovieWatcher Network who are 17 years and older. This age distinction corresponds to the guidelines we follow for our in-theatre experiences. Additionally, any content that makes it past our filters, but contains material of an extremely profane, sexual or violent nature will be reviewed by our Community Managers and the Community itself (see Reporting Content within the MovieWatcher Network Guidelines) for selection as Red Band content. So, while a piece of content may be public for a while, it could still be pulled back and marked as Red Band or deemed Banned Content and removed completely. Red Band content will not be eligible to be “Featured” on the front page of AMCEntertainment.com or anywhere else throughout the site.
